I just recently resigned after 3 months of probation (yes gue baru 3 bulan) due to a toxic environment, i.e tiap hari pulang malem, jobdesc 3 orang dikasih ke gue semua, dan management gave sales target to 1 person only yaitu gue, and my direct report seems to not care even after gue complaint. Luckily, after resigning gue lumayan banyak dapat panggilan interview, tapi gue selalu bingung jelasinnya gimana ke interviewer karena 1. Gue takut di-lowball pas offering or gapunya leverage untuk get increments or at least same offering as my current salary 2. Ini asumsi gue doang but cmiiw ya guys para HR people, kalau orang resign without iob offer apakah di mata kalian org itu kurang resilient? Gue takut ada judgement kaya gini Apakah concerns gue ini valid ya? And how would you guys manage in this situation? Please advise fomozen!! Thanks

Valid. Sorry 2 say, kemungkinan besar (pasti) lo akan di low ball, tinggal kalo ada 2 perusahaan yg mau ama lo, gede2an aja. Karena dari sisi HR, dia bisa dapat resource murah itu enak bgt utk perusahaan. Secara psikologis, HR udah diatas angin (playing field lo udah kalah).
