BD Monthly Incentive Program

Allegedly, during an APAC Townhall on 19 Dec 2025, management announced a suspected Monthly Incentive Program (MIP) starting Jan 2026, replacing the Annual Bonus. The idea is to reward strong performers faster, instead of waiting for annual review.

Allegedly, this applies to Product Ops globally, suspected as a pilot. Monthly incentive percentages are said to follow scorecards: A (XX%), B (XX%), C+ (XX%), C (XX.X%), while C- or D receive nothing. Previously, the annual bonus averaged 1.5x base salary, adjusted yearly by performance. Maintaining the same score all year is difficult, which may create fairness concerns when incentives reset monthly.

Another issue is the stacked ranking system with forced distribution. Even if everyone performs well, allegedly someone must fall into C- or below due to quota, losing eligibility.

Is it still a “bonus” if paid monthly? How much is fully company prerogative vs employee expectation?
