I no longer have respect for Tokopedia employee layoff

Layoffs can be negotiated. Anyone who has already secured a new job can request to be included as a voluntary layoff, allowing them to "laid off" and receive a severance pay. However, this information is not widely shared, and the company would deny that such voluntary layoffs exist.

So my suggestion, you can also try to ask your manager, see if there is an opportunity for the handshake, good luck and keep fighting

Bangke emang pake rahasia rahasiaan segala. Pastinya mau menghemat biar mereka ga bayar severance pay. Kalo rahasia voluntarily lay off + severance ini bocor, BD bisa boncos (mungkin)
