The company revenue been decreasing each year, they just acquire and launch insurance but its not performing really well, no performance review and bonus last year (usually be done in december), employee insurance change from previously big name to its own kitabisa insurance (either to cut cost or to help its kitabisa insurance getting revenue), no info regarding benefit & allowance this year (allowance limit in hris still zero), and yes there's layoff, most are from the engineering team
