Part-time HR

They were hired simply because they have an attractive face.
They worked only 3 days a week. Refused to even answer a simple yes or no message on their day off.

went on holiday, claimed to be working but clearly updated their social media.
when they were told the management will fire them, they threatened to sue.
Now they're looking for a lawyer just to get rid of them.

I've met maybe 100 HRs but never like this one.

Playing victim lu. You hired part-timer because you didn't wanna lose money and time, right? It's easier for you and your company, no need to deal with BPJS, benefits, compensation, and so on, like you would with full-time employees. Yet, you expect them to act like full-time staff. What a joke. Mau orang tetap standby di waktu libur tanpa bayaran, ya lucu.

ini pasti yang nulis crybaby yang lagi menghayal untuk bisa dapet attention. bayangin coy, di forum anon aja, dia ga spill apa-apa kecuali imajinasinya dia. ga ada bukti atau clue yang menunjukan tulisan dia benar. cuma pengen dapet ucapan "yang sabar bro" sambil berharap ada yang nepok-nepok bahunya. in realita, ini orang pasti pengecut, makanya diinjek-injek. pemberani mah bisa mengukur risiko sebab akibatnya men. ga kayak ini, bikin tulisan ga jelas.
