They were hired simply because they have an attractive face.
They worked only 3 days a week. Refused to even answer a simple yes or no message on their day off.
went on holiday, claimed to be working but clearly updated their social media.
when they were told the management will fire them, they threatened to sue.
Now they're looking for a lawyer just to get rid of them.
I've met maybe 100 HRs but never like this one.

Playing victim lu. You hired part-timer because you didn't wanna lose money and time, right? It's easier for you and your company, no need to deal with BPJS, benefits, compensation, and so on, like you would with full-time employees. Yet, you expect them to act like full-time staff.
