Hi meng, a giant yellow voucher app that recently topped the Indo app store is now doing silent layoffs like cowards. we were literally doing just fine, bahkan last year they went on a crazy mass hiring. turns out these chinese peeps pulled some shady shit, gtwnya ngefraud yg kabarnya over 100 billionš sampe the main investor cut us off completely. trs skrg no investor, managementnya total chaos bcs semuanya dipegang pimpinan cina2 ini yg suka2 mereka gapeduli karyawannya. employee welfare? jokeeeš. even cuti cuma diuangkan 200rb, tapi telat dikit langsung potong gaji. kerja jg gajelas they hired fresh graduates bcs theyāre cheaper and bs di atur2. bahkan the āmanagersā are all third to fourth year students just bcs they can speak mandarinš© no wonder kerjanya amburadul huhu absolute circus, zero accountability sumpah cape banget. pls help us takut gaji ga dibayar banget nihšš»š

pretty much relate on the disbursed annual leave, working at their sister company. Mine only got like 150k/day haha. Different company, same rules & cultures. Go fight your war meng, bawa ke Disnaker aja.

lupa tambahin, itās crazy bcs our working hours used to be flexible, but suddenly weāre forced to do face scans at the office door 9am and 6pm. fine, kita ikutin aja. then this chinese manager just keeps changing the rules whenever they feel like it tiba2 dan suka2 aja. probably bcs theyāre broke now, so they intentionally switch up rules just to cut our pay or make the workplace so uncomfortable that people resign on their ownš
