Psps, there is a Singapore Edutech out there claiming "robust growth", "$15M revenue", and "200k students served by AI" According to the insider, the reality is looking a lot more like a ghost town. Allegedly, while the bosses are talking about "selective expansion" in the news, the offline tuition centers are sitting almost empty every day. Word is they’re doing a silent 'you know the word'. They’re allegedly putting people on aggressive PIP or shuffling them into random roles that have zero to do with their actual titles just to get them to quit. Plus, when people eventually leave, the roles just stay empty. Is it really "growth" if the centers are empty and the team is being hollowed out by dirty tactics? 🧐 🧞♀️📖
