The Illusion of Growth at PT Foom Lab Global

 At PT Foom Lab Global, the business keeps pushing for double growth, yet there’s no real transparency—no one actually knows the numbers behind those demands. The culture is built on control: arriving at 9:01 means a warning letter, but leaving on time is never acceptable. Staying until 7, 8, even 10 PM becomes the unspoken KPI, as if time equals value. There are no clear performance metrics, only pressure and long hours. Layoffs happen suddenly, often without proper calculation, and instability feels normal. Even HR changes almost every month, quietly showing deeper internal issues. Leadership feels unpredictable and emotionally driven, making trust hard to build. From my perspective, if you’re reading this, think twice before putting this company on your career path. No matter how attractive the promises sound—like the “5x bonus”—those rewards are only for a selected inner circle, and outside of that, you’ll most likely never see it.

Everything is highly possible in this company. Layoffs are not always based on clear or objective grounds and may even be influenced by personal preferences. Vendor payments also tend to be delayed. Additionally, layoffs can occur at any level whether VP, Manager, or Staff at any time.

Heh gw sempet interview di Foom tahun lalu. Interview pun jam 9:30 malem dan mereka masih kejar sesi lain. HR & "Lead" nya kaya zombie waktu open cam, dan lead nya clueless banget sumpah ketika KPI dan workflow gw singgung. Seems like lead nya di promote karena survive paling lama/ kenal orang dalem, experience list beliau gak relevan. Gak ada update dari HR, tapi role nya open lama setelah interview. Foom ini whitelabel vape china tapi pretending jadi manufaktur seperti Philips / Modena 🚩
