this company is too family-centric

i will not recommend applying to pt d1multi pil4r n4rmad1, because.. 
1. incompetent boss(es). did i mention that they are npds?
2. shady finance. cuma satu org yg jadi bagian finance buat 4-5 cabang bisnis AND the last time they were audited was years ago, the result wasn't good. and they never do it again CRAZY
3. never pays uang kompensasi
4. use pelicin a lot for izin pemerintah or orang dalem as the boss would say "saya tau mafia2 perusahaan/instansi itu"
5. you will find father, mother, and their son working in the same building
6. weird work contract. gaada hitam di atas putih buat pasal2, benefit, hak dan kewajiban NOTHING. kontrak isinya cuma dua lembar tok malah ada yg satu lembar doang
7. hence kebijakan kantor sering gonta-ganti and we're only given notice verbally
8. no hr, no marketing because "kita semua disini marketing"
9. if you're there your family will become the extension of the company. keep your kids safe from dikontenin biar bikin bisnis cuan
